Hard to find, but we offer it here. Every turnover includes linens for all beds, freshly washed comforters, freshly washed bathroom rugs, and one dozen bath towels. Also included is a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc. YES! All included here!
You will love the views from your large private top floor balcony! You will be less than one block to the beach and three short blocks from the southern end of the Wildwood boardwalk. Enjoy a Large Heated Pool AND a Hot Tub AND a Kiddie Pool! Picnic area, gas grills. Lots of comfortable pool side furniture. This is an "elevator" building too.
The Monarch Condominiums are in the Crest location that is most preferred by families. You have the "family oriented" Crest atmosphere that you will prefer. You will enjoy the wide beautiful pristine Crest beaches. Yet this excellent location is just a short walk to everything that your family will want to do and see – the world famous boardwalk, bicycle rentals, restaurants, and all of Morey's ride and water park piers.
This top floor/3rd floor end unit is on the north side of the Monarch association. Ride the elevator up to your floor. The ocean and island views from the private top floor balcony are beautiful. Enjoy four bedrooms and two full baths. Enjoy the spacious "master" bedroom with a king bed and its own full private ensuite bath with double sinks. Three more guest bedrooms and a 2nd large full bath will keep everyone comfortable.
Enjoy a beautiful kitchen with all the amenities including granite counter tops and all appliances, including a coffee bar. The living, dining, and kitchen "great room" areas are very spacious with plenty of room for the whole family to gather together.
